Finding the right tenant
We don’t just fill properties, we find the right tenants.
All applicants complete a questionnaire before viewing, and any suitable applicants are fully referenced and credit checked before being put forward to you. Where needed, we’ll also request a guarantor for added security.
Full management service
If you don’t want the hassle, we’ll deal with everything, tenants, maintenance, compliance, the lot.
That includes marketing your property, handling enquiries and viewings, referencing tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, managing deposits, collecting rent, organising maintenance, carrying out inspections, and keeping everything in line with current legislation.
You’ll still know what’s going on but you won’t be the one chasing it.
